Terms and Conditions — 7C Game Pakistan

1 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use a 7C Game account, you must meet the following requirements at all times:

• If 7C Game reasonably suspects that an account is being used by a person other than the registered account holder, the account may be suspended pending identity verification.
• 7C Game reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including during withdrawal processing or following unusual account activity. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

2 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on 7C Game are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit/credit cards, and other mobile wallets as made available from time to time.

• Deposits: Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically instant. If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number.

4 Betting and Casino Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting and casino activity on 7C Game:

• Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by 7C Game. The platform reserves the right to refuse any bet, limit bet amounts, or void bets placed at incorrect odds without notice.
• Odds errors: If a bet is placed at odds that were published in error — due to a technical fault, data feed error, or human error — 7C Game reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to your account balance, or to settle the bet at the correct odds. This applies regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• Live in-play betting: In-play markets are offered on cricket, football, and other sports. Odds during live betting update continuously. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. 7C Game is not responsible for odds displayed during brief disconnections — it is your responsibility to confirm bet placement through your bet history.
• Event cancellation or postponement: If a sports event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, bets will be voided and stakes returned according to standard industry settlement rules. Specific settlement rules for cricket — including Duckworth-Lewis method adjustments and rain interruptions — are applied in accordance with the rules displayed in the Sports section.
• Casino game integrity: All casino games — including live dealer tables, slots, and virtual games — use certified random number generation or operate through licensed live dealer studios. Results are not influenced by the platform or by bet amounts.
• Account balance requirement: You must have sufficient balance in PKR to place a bet or wager. 7C Game does not extend credit under any circumstances.
• Winnings: Winnings from sports bets and casino games are credited to your account balance in PKR. For live casino and slot games, wins are credited immediately upon game completion. For sports bets, settlement occurs after the relevant market closes following event completion.

5 VIP Programme

7C Game operates a tiered VIP programme that rewards regular players with enhanced benefits. Participation in the VIP programme is subject to the following conditions:

• VIP points are accumulated through real-money wagering on sports betting and casino games. The rate at which points accumulate may vary by game type and is displayed in the VIP section of your account.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 7C Game. Breach of any of these conditions may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to circumvent a ban or suspension by registering a new account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access games, or manipulate platform behaviour.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting a platform error will be voided.
• Attempting to launder funds through the platform. All deposits must come from payment methods registered in your own name. 7C Game co-operates fully with any lawful investigation relating to financial crime.
• Colluding with other players in live casino or poker-style games to gain an unfair advantage over other participants or the house.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment methods to fund your account. All deposits must come from a payment method that belongs to you and is registered in your name.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward support staff or other players through any platform communication channel.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to any other person under any circumstances.

7 Privacy and Data
